Urgent / Fast-Track Projects

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is designed to protect both the client and the developer by setting clear expectations.

Project Start & Payments

  • All projects require an upfront deposit before any work begins.
  • The developer does not begin work without confirmed payment.
  • Project timelines only start counting after payment and full project details are received.

Refunds

  • All payments are non-refundable once work has started.
  • This is because time, planning, and resources are immediately committed.
  • If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, no refund will be issued.

Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • If a client cancels before work starts, a fair partial refund will be issued.
  • If a client cancels after development has started, all payments made are forfeited.
  • Any completed work up to the cancellation point will be handed over at the developer’s discretion.

Warranty & Bug-Fix Guarantee

All projects include a limited warranty period for fixing genuine development errors.

What Is Covered

  • Errors caused by the original development.
  • Broken features that were agreed on in the original scope.
  • Admin or user actions that expose hidden bugs.

Warranty Period

  • All projects come with a 30-day free bug-fix warranty after final delivery.
  • Bugs reported after 30 days will attract an extra fee.

What Is NOT Covered

  • New features or changes in requirements.
  • Design changes after approval.
  • Issues caused by third-party services, hosting companies, or plugins.
  • Problems caused by clients editing system files.

Client Responsibilities

For any project to succeed on time and at full quality, both parties must play their role.

Content & Assets

  • Clients are responsible for providing text, images, logos, and branding.
  • Delays in providing content will automatically delay project delivery.
  • The developer is not responsible for creating written content unless agreed separately.

Feedback & Approvals

  • Clients must provide feedback within a reasonable time.
  • Delays in approval will affect final delivery timelines.
  • Approved designs or features are considered final.

Communication

  • All official project communication should be in writing.
  • Verbal instructions must be confirmed in text before implementation.
  • Multiple decision-makers on the client side may affect progress.
